Welcome to 4th grade. Classes begin on Monday, August 26th. I hope to see many of you at Grilling on the Green, and those that aren't able to make it, I hope to see you Monday!!
About Mr. O'Brien
Greetings to All.
I am Kelley O'Brien, I am married to Sarah O'Brien (Middle School), and we have triplets. I am originally from Omaha, NE, but spent 10 years teaching in Wyoming before moving to Hill City. This is my 20th year teaching, and 10th year in Hill City. I have taught 4th grade for multiple years, as well as in 5th, 6th, and 3 years of Middle School math and science.
I am a huge baseball fan. I have rooted for the Minnesota Twins my entire life, and then had the opportunity to work in Minor league baseball. I worked for 4 seasons with the Casper Ghosts, which was the Rookie League team for the Colorado Rockies. I am a fan of the Creighton Bluejays and the Wyoming Cowboys, with some Cornhusker mixed in!
I love being in the Black Hills, and look forward to continuing to teach in Hill City.
