A message from Mr. Safrit:  5th Grade families,

One final performance is approaching fast. May 13th at 6pm is our final performance for the 5th grade beginning band. They will join the middle school once more. One change from the last performance, this one will be in the Gins’ Gym instead of the theater. One of the things we learn about in music class is concert etiquette. Out of respect and to show support for the other performers that evening all students are expected to stay for the entire performance. Dress for the performance is similar to the March performance with the difference of short sleeves or cooler clothes are preferred. It can get warm in the gym so just keep that in mind. Dark colors are preferred just to keep things uniform. We are very excited to have this opportunity to show you some of the things we have learned throughout the year. If you know you will be unable to attend please reach out as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. This performance is part of the students grade and only excused abbesses will be accepted. If you have any questions please let me know.

What a great year it has been!  Thank you all for your support and we wish our fifth graders the best in their middle school years!  We have several families who are phasing out of the elementary years…please stop in and see us!  Once an elementary Ranger, always an elementary Ranger!

With Ranger Pride,
