How to Access Office 365 (Email) Away from School on Any Device (phone, tablet, personal computer) / Using Any Browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Edge , Firefox , etc.)

Type:  k12.sd.us in the search bar

Click Office 365

Enter your K-12 email address

Click Next

You will be re-directed to the K-12 site

Enter your K-12 password and click Sign in

You may be asked to reduce the number of times you are asked to sign in

• Please click the Box Don’t show this again.
• And click Yes

Office 365 may open in different views to get to the “home page”; click the boxes in the top left corner.

• To Access your email – Click Outlook

Please remember to sign out

                Click your name and scroll down the drop down to sign out.
