How Can I Help?

It is very important for your child to develop responsibility and good work habits.  Here are some things parents can do to help.

*Decide on a homework plan together:

-when they will do their homework

-where they will do their homework

-what they will do when they need help

*Establish a place where your child puts all items

that must be taken to school.  

*Pack up everything before going to bed....help

eliminate the morning chaos!

*Read and enjoy books with your child.  They

benefit from being read to even after they can read

on their own.  It not only expands vocabulary, but

also fosters a love for reading!  

*Make sure your child gets a good night's sleep and

a healthy breakfast each morning.  Your child will be

alert, ready to learn, and able to do their very best!!
