Hello!

 

My name is Holli Mueller and I teach 1st Grade in Hill City. This is my 11th year of teaching and my 2nd year in Hill City. I hail from Milwaukee, WI (I am a recent Rapid City transplant).

 

I have been married to my wonderful husband Nick for 11 years, and we have FIVE pets! We have two Corgis (Ginger and Hobbes), a Beagle Husky Mix (Penny), a cat (Oliver), and a tortoise (Squirt). We love to play board games, go on adventures, and work on our house.

 

First Grade is my favorite age to teach! This is where students REALLY flourish in their Reading, Writing, and Math skills! We learn about responsibility, becoming independent, and how to be a good friend. My classroom management philosophy is having a loving yet firm disposition while having fun learning.
